Chief Executive Officer
Christophe Jéhan
Christophe Jéhan has been CEO of OLB AG since January 2026. He is also a member of the management board of TARGO Deutschland GmbH.
Previously, as Deputy CEO and Head of Personal Banking, Christophe Jéhan was primarily responsible for the transformation of TARGOBANK in line with the strategic plan of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale.
Christophe Jéhan has 25 years of international banking expertise. His career includes key management positions in France, Germany, and Scandinavia. Before joining Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, he held management positions in the personal and corporate banking business of the BNP Paribas Group, including four years as CEO of Express Bank Nordics, a personal banking subsidiary of BNP Paribas in Scandinavia.
Chief Financial Officer
Dr. Rainer Polster
Dr Rainer Polster has been Chief Financial Officer of OLB and responsible for Sustainability since November 2020. Previously, he had been a member of the Board of Managing Directors since April 2020, with responsibility for medium-sized corporate customers in the southern region of Germany, Specialised Lending and Treasury. He joined OLB as a General Manager in October 2018. Prior to that, he worked for Deutsche Bank in various positions in Germany and abroad.
At OLB, Dr Rainer Polster is responsible in particular for the Finance, Controlling, Sustainability and Treasury and Markets units.
In total, Dr. Rainer Polster has more than 25 years of experience in banking in Germany and other European countries, including at financial institutions owned by private equity firms.
Chief Risk Officer
Chris Eggert
Chris Eggert has been OLB’s Chief Risk Officer since June 2022. Previously, he acted as Head of Credit Risk Management at OLB since the merger with Bremer Kreditbank AG (BKB) in 2018. He had already held various management positions in the credit area at BKB since 2008.
At OLB, Chris Eggert is responsible in particular for the Credit Risk Management and Risk Control units.
In total, Chris Eggert has more than 25 years of banking experience both in the market and on the market success side, including at financial institutions owned by private equity firms.
Chief Sales Officer, Chief Operating Officer
Aytac Aydin
Aytac Aydin joined OLB in February 2022 and has since been the Board’s Head of Retail Banking and the Chief Operations Officer. He previously held various management positions in Turkey and was most recently Chief Operations Officer at the ECB-regulated Slovenian bank Nova KBM.
At OLB, Aytac Aydin is responsible in particular for the units Operations, Central and Digital Sales, Private Customers, Private Banking / Wealth Management, Information Technology and Marketing / Products / Business Intelligence.
In total, Aytac Aydin has more than 20 years of experience in the financial business as well as in advising and implementing transformation processes, including at companies owned by private equity firms.
Chief Investment Officer
Marc Ampaw
Marc Ampaw joined OLB in May 2021 and has since been the Chief Investment Officer. He previously held management positions at Bawag Group AG and other companies in Austria and the USA for several years.
At OLB, Marc Ampaw is responsible in particular for the Commercial Real Estate, Financing Solutions, International Business, International Diversified Lending as well as Shipping and Renewables units.
In total, Marc Ampaw has more than 20 years of experience in banking and advisory services both domestically and internationally, including at financial institutions owned by private equity firms.
Chief Investment Officer
Giacomo Petrobelli
Giacomo Petrobelli has been a member of the OLB Board of Managing Directors since July 2022 as Chief Investment Officer. Previously, he was the Bank’s General Manager. Giacomo Petrobelli joined OLB in January 2020 after working as a senior advisor for Bremer Kreditbank, which merged with OLB, in previous years.
At OLB, Giacomo Petrobelli is responsible in particular for the Acquisition Finance, Corporates and Football Finance units.
